Q: Credit card charge policy
Our payment gateway system is controlled by third party partner--InternetSecure Inc. http://www.internetsecure.com. Once you complete your shipping info, the system will prompt you to complete your billing information. The information you submit will be redirected to internetsecure.com. We do not collect any credit card information on our website. InternetSecure Inc will secure your credit card information. If everything you submit is correct, the total amount will be charged from your credit card instantly. We understand the policy InternetSecure issued may make you a little bit uncomfortable, especially for the back order(s).
Of course you can cancel your order anytime if you do not want to wait. You may contact us by email orders@tampoo.com or Fax (905) 268-0695 or Phone (416) 268-0252 with your sales order number or receipt number. Once we get your request and confirmation we will fully refund your amount.

Please be informed that If the title you ordered is in backorder status and is held over one month, we would like remove it from your order unless you request us to keep the backorder. Once the backorder is removed, the amount will be credited to your credit card automatically.




Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Handling and Shipping time is dependent on item availability and shipping method you chose. Normally AirMail delivery time is 4 to 8 business days, Surface delivery time is 7-15 business days and Courier delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.

For example, if you buy an item that is available to ship in 48 hours and select AirMail to ship you will receive the item in 5 to 9 business days.

Please be informed that there is no shipping services on Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays. All orders on weekend and orders after 11:30am on Friday will be shipped on Monday. Orders in National Holidays will be shipped on next business day.

We would like to Inform you that if the shipping information you submit is incorrect and the shipment is returned to us, you have to pay the shipping fee again in order for us to reship your order.



Q: What forms of payment does Tampoo.com accept?
We would be pleased to accept your payment by Visa, Mastercard. In addition, we accept your payment by money order * as well.

2: Fill in all necessary fields, include your shipping address, product name & UPC code, quantity, shipping method, shipping cost and total price. If you do not know how to calculate shipping cost for multi-titles, you may try to use shipping card to figure out the shipping cost on our website first. Then you complete the order form.

4: You may email us your ordered titles and quantity to orders@tampoo.com or fax the order form to us at (905) 268-0695 with money order number and we will hold those titles for you.

5: We reserve the right to hold the order until the funds clear between your Banking institution and our system. It may take up to a month to process this transaction.

Plus we do accept payment through PayPal. Our PayPal email account is orders@tampoo.com.



Q: Why are my orders hold?
In order to pretected you and Tampoo, before shipping the orders Tampoo may confirm your shipping adress information and order information by phone. If we can not reach you by the phone number you provided, you may email you to request your correct phone number. If we still can not reach you. we will hold your orders until you provide us with your confirmation.



Q: What is Tampoo.com policy on returns?
For any orders, you have up to 30 days from the shipping date to return defective or damaged products without a restocking fee. We guarantee your satisfaction with all of the merchandise we sell. You may return any item in its original packaging for any reason within 30 days of delivery and we will issue you refund. **

Defective products will be replaced with the same product that was originally purchased.

Q: What do I do if I receive an email about my credit card details?
As we know every credit card does have an expiry date. If you have any pending order(s) in our system and your credit card will be expired within 30 days, our ordering system will notify you by email. Once you receive this notification,please visit our web site to update your payment details for the specific order(s) in the email with your order number. To update your payment details, simply log on to our check out page and click on the expired orders link. All orders that need to be updated will be listed in this section. If you fail to update your payment details within 30 day after the notification, your orders will be cancelled without any further notice.



Q: Why do you not show stock levels on the website?
Please be informed that we can not ensure everytime you see a title with "in stock" status, you can check out this title with same status because the number of this title in stock are less than the number of orders. In this case, if the titles are ordered by custmoer who check out before you, your order will be set as backorder.

For example,suppose 10 people are looking at a movie that shows 5 copies in stock. Now suppose some or all of those people decide to order that title, seeing that there are 5 copies available. What happens to the unlucky people who clicked on check-out last? They will assume the title to be in stock and shipping immediately, but in reality the stock will have been depleted while they were checking out and they will have to wait an additional amount of time until new stock is received.

We understand some customer may feel disappointed. Certainly we are glad to server our customer and do our best to satified our clients. If your order is in this situation and you would not like to wait longer to obtain your order, of course, you can cancel your order anytime before the order is shipped.



Q: Why do the release dates for DVDs constantly change?
DVDs always have a scheduled release date often termed "the Street Date." Delays in release can arise due to unexpected problems in manufacturing or problems with distribution. We do our best to keep you informed of street date changes. There is Nothing we can do if in fact the street date is changed.

Q: What is Tampoo.com policy on cancellation?
Basically you may cancel your order anytime. When you cancel your order within one month from when you place order, you have to pay the credit card company charges which are $0.30 for installation and 3% for the purchase price process fee. If the order was shipped, you may not cancel the order.

Normally It will take 3 to 7 days for InternetSecure to complete refund process. You may expect to get your refund within 3 to 7 business days after we receive your cancellation confirmation.



Q: Can I track my orders online?
Yes, Tampoo.com provide online function for you to track your orders at any time and anywhere you can access internet. Everytime your order status is changed, it will be reflected instantly on your member account information. Q: Stock Availability
Stock Availability in Tampoo.com includes:
  • Usually ships within 48 hours (Product is in stock at our warehouse, ready for shipping in 24-48 hours)

  • Usually ships within 1 to 4 weeks. (Product is out of stock at our warehouse, and has been ordered from the appropriate vendor. Generally it will take 1 to 2 weeks to be available depending on the which studio it is. If the studio doesn?t have inventory on a title at their duplicator they usually wait until a certain quantity has been reached and then they duplicate more, this can take anywhere from 2 weeks to month. )

  • Pre-Order (All Pre-Order titles will be shipped on their release date)

  • Out of Stock (Product is not available for purchase at this time. On occasion, product becomes unavailable to us from the studio for various reasons. The product will be stocked when it becomes available from the vendor.)
